About us
Stories Rooted in Silence, Told with Vision.
Core Focus
We live in an area very rich with stories and although our expertise spans different genres, documentaries remain the heart of our work. We are committed to using film as a medium to explore the complexities of human life, elevate unheard voices, and foster empathy and understanding.
Industry Development & Distribution
As part of our long-term vision, Kinyat Films is committed to the growth and sustainability of the film industry in Kurdistan. We aim to be a catalyst for cinematic development in the region, not only by producing high-quality content but also by expanding our role to become a film distributor. Through this expansion, we seek to create new opportunities for local filmmakers and bring Kurdish stories to broader national and international audiences.
